The initial part of his attorney career was spent as counsel for a nationwide collection agency. After more than six years with the agency, Mr. Huber then ventured out into private practice. He has been with the Law Office of Seymour Wasserstrum for more than three years.

David enjoys the opportunity to help people that are facing financial difficulty, as well as, assisting those who unfortunately face municipal or superior Court level charges. Mr. Huber enjoys working with people to achieve the goal of overcoming the rough times that they currently face. David is a member and active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

David is married to Christine DiRenzo-Huber with a daughter Juliana Grace Huber. His personal enjoyment is sports, rooting for all Philadelphia teams. Nicholas Herron joined the firm in April 2009. He focuses his practice in creditor’s and debtor’s rights in consumer bankruptcy practice. Mr. Herron has experience in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings representing debtors, secured creditors, and parties in bankruptcy-related litigation.

Mr. Herron received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in History and Political Science in May 2005. While attending undergraduate school Mr. Herron was deeply involved with Undergraduate Moot Court for which he received many accolades.  After undergraduate school Mr. Herron received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in May 2008.

While attending law school Mr. Herron served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Harlin D. Hale Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Herron participated in Rutgers’ annual Honorable James Hunter III Memorial Advanced Moot Court for which he received a top orator award placing fourth overall.

Andrew Archer was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended Jenks High school, graduating in 1999. Mr. Archer then completed his Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance at the University of Oklahoma. After obtaining his BBA, Mr. Archer received his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University, School of law. While attending OCU he met and married his wife Colleen Archer. They now reside in Westville, New Jersey and are proud parents of son Andrew Archer Jr.

Mr. Archer joined the Law Offices of Seymour Wasserstrum in September 2009 and focuses primarily on Chapter 7and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy proceedings; however, Mr. Archer has exprience representing clients in Municipal Court and Landlord-Tenant court.

Mr. Archer has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2008) and is an active member of the American Bar Association, as well as Gloucester and Camden County Bar Associations.
