Total: $1,305 to our office, plus $60 to counseling agency

In order to file Chapter 7 for you we need $999 for our legal fee plus $306 for the Court filing fee, for a total of $1,305. The $25 pre-bankruptcy counseling fee is paid directly to the Abacus credit counseling agency.

After your bankruptcy is filed, you need to complete the second counseling session, and you pay the Abacus counseling agency $24.

We accept time payments on payments of Chapter 7 fees and costs. We need payment in full in the amount of $1,305 in order to file your bankruptcy petition with the Bankruptcy Court.

While you are waiting for your bankruptcy case to be filed, you can refer calls of creditors and collection agencies to our office. Simply tell them the “Magic Words”.
