HomeWipe Out Your Bills and Get a Fresh Start
Welcome to our website. Our goal is to teach you how you can wipe out your bills, get a fresh financial start, and start saving again for the future.
In these difficult economic times, who isn’t in some sort of financial difficulty? If you have reached the point in your life where you are seriously considering filing for bankruptcy, we want you to know that there is no shame or stigma in filing for bankruptcy.
We expect that about 2 million people will be filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 in 2010. These people will be morally, legally, and ethically utilizing the laws provided by our federal government that permit them to put the past behind them and look forward towards a much brighter financial future.
Our clients are honest, ethical people who have encountered serious financial difficulties, and who need relief from the daily pressures that have been placed upon them by the bill collectors.
I recently met with a very nice couple who have always been honest hard working people, always paying their bills on time. Both had lost their jobs, not because they had done anything wrong, but because their employers were having economic difficulty and had to seriously cut back their staff. Their employers downsized and laid off many of their loyal employees who had worked so hard for the company for so many years.
I was thinking about some of the things that I said to my clients, and many of the things that I told them might very well apply to you.
During my discussion with my clients, I told them the following. This is not a word for word quote, but it pretty much sums up the thoughts that I expressed to them:
“Our country is really going through some very difficult economic times right now, and what has happened to you is simply not your fault. There is no reason to feel bad or guilty about the fact that you are having so much trouble paying your credit card bills, your mortgage payments, your car payments, and all of your other bills.
“The truth is, what has happened to you is simply not your fault. Like so many other people in this country, you have been victimized by difficult economic circumstances, and by bad decisions that other people have made.
“The truth is that there have been some very bad decisions made by our government and by many banks, mortgage companies, businesses, and corporations in this country, and the consequences of those bad decisions have trickled down to adversely impact so many honest hard working people in our country.
“You have always tried to do the right thing, and you’ve always done the best that you can. You’ve done nothing wrong, but here you are feeling the pain and suffering the consequences of decisions and mistakes that have been made by other people.
“Is it your fault that we have been undergoing one of the worst financial crises in the history of this country? Is it your fault that employers all over the country have been laying off people by the thousands?
“I’m so glad that you didn’t wait until the last minute before you came to see me. The earlier my clients come to me the more options I can give them, and the more flexibility we have in dealing with their situations.
“At this point there are so many things that I can do to help you out. I’m glad that you didn’t get scammed by some phony debt consolidation company that makes a lot of promises that they know they can never keep. I’ve had so many clients come to me after they’ve been scammed for thousands of dollars by debt consolidation companies that no longer exist. My clients tell me that they wish they would have known about me earlier. No one had ever told them how they can easily wipe out their bills and get a fresh financial start with the blessings of President Obama and the federal government.
“Bankruptcy actually has its roots in the Bible, in the Old Testament Book of Deuteronomy.
“I first learned about this in a speech given by the Chief Bankruptcy Judge in New Jersey, Judge Judith Wizmur. She talked about how the Old Testament stresses forgiveness of debts every seven years.
“I also learned that our country’s founding fathers provided for bankruptcy in the United States Constitution. In fact, some of our founding fathers even filed for bankruptcy, including President Thomas Jefferson.
“I started doing some research to see if there were other famous people that had filed for bankruptcy. I was amazed to learn that there were so many prominent and well known people who had taken advantage of our federal laws and wiped out their bills, and thereafter became extremely productive and made tremendous contributions to our country.
By way of example, here is a short list of well known people that filed for bankruptcy and made great contributions to our country and to our way of life.
1. Walt Disney, creator of Disneyworld and Disneyland
2. Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor Company
3. George McGovern, former Senator and U.S. Presidential candidate
4. MC Hammer, Marvin Gaye, and Willie Nelson, famous singers
5. Milton Hershey. founder of Hershey Chocolates
6. Don Johnson, actor from Miami Vice
7. Lenny Dykstra and Johnny Unitas, famous athletes
8. Larry King, talk show host on CNN
9. Cyndi Lauper, famous for Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (recently on Celebrity Apprentice)
10. And of course who doesn’t know that Donald Trump has filed for bankruptcy umpteen times
I further told my clients, “CNN has all sorts of programs on bankruptcy, and they are telling the world what I have been telling my clients for years: that there is no stigma or shame involved in bankruptcy; that bankruptcy can be used as an honorable way to resolve your debts and get a fresh financial start.
“You certainly don’t have to feel bad for the credit card companies. Banks make more money on credit cards than any other area of banking. I think it’s outrageous for people to be charged interest rates that border on usury. I have clients that have paid 32.99% annual interest on their credit card debt.
“If you could put your money in the bank and earn 32.99% interest, you could double your money in a little bit over 2 years. What do you think that’s doing to your debts, when you pay that kind of an interest rate? If the bank is doubling their money, aren’t your doubling your debts? You could make those minimum payments for the next 15 years, and never charge another penny on your credit card, and you still wouldn’t have your debt paid off.
“Don’t you think those credit card companies know that about 2 million people are going to be filing for bankruptcy this year? They just factor all of those things into their annual statistics, and they are hardly shocked when a person who owes them money files for bankruptcy and wipes out their debt.
“Now why don’t you just visualize yourself being out of debt. How would you feel if in just 4 months you could simply wipe out all of those credit card bills, medical bills, hospital bills, personal loans, and other unsecured debts and be totally free of debts? You can also wipe out surcharges on your driver’s license, you can wipe out your utility bills for gas electric, telephone, and cable, you can wipe out legal fees, and you can even wipe out many income taxes that are more than 3 years old, if you have filed your income tax returns more than 3 years ago.
“After 4 months you will have a legal discharge. I call it an honorable discharge because it is really an honorable way to wipe out your bills with the blessings of the federal government.
“Don’t feel bad that you have to file for bankruptcy. Feel good and be grateful that we have laws in this country that help people get a fresh financial start. Our government understands that people need relief in times of financial crisis, and that is why the bankruptcy laws were established.
“It’s very well known that stress is a killer and that stress is involved in about 90% of all illness and disease. Financial stress has been determined to be as significant as the stress of a serious illness and death of a loved one. Imagine how you’ll feel once you have been relieved of this heavy burden of stress.
“Financial stress is also the leading cause of divorce and disharmony in relationships. I have had so many clients tell me how much better they feel and how much their relationship improved once they got out of debt.
“So many people are being driven batty by all those threatening and obnoxious calls from bill collectors. I can teach you how to stop those phone calls, even before you file for bankruptcy. All you have to do is tell them what I call ‘The Magic Words’.
“There are even a lot more benefits than what I’ve told you so far. Since you’ve owned your car for more than 2 ½ years, we can help you substantially reduce your car payments. Your car is only worth $10,000 and you owe $15,000 to the finance company. We can file Chapter 13 for you and reduce the debt on your car to $10,000, so you can save $5,000 right off the bat. In addition, we can reduce your interest rate on your car loan from 15% to 5%, and you will save a fortune by the reduction in your interest rate.
“Even if you hadn’t owned the car for 2 ½ yeas, we can still reduce your interest rate to about 5%, and that would be a significant savings for you.
“And don’t worry about those mortgage arrears. There is a lot we can do to help you. For one thing, there is a new program that President Obama has established. It is called making home affordable, and he wants to help home owners significantly reduce their monthly mortgage payments. The average home owner is saving about $550 a month on their mortgage payments, and some home owners are saving $1,000 a month or even more. In many cases, interest rates on mortgages have been reduced to 2% for 5 years, and after that they cannot go any higher than a reasonable interest rate based on president day interest charges.
“This is a tremendous program and President Obama wants to help about 8 million people in this country reduce their mortgages. Based on your circumstances, I think that you most certainly should qualify for a substantial reduction in your mortgage payments.
“And if for some reason you don’t qualify for a reduction in your monthly mortgage payments, we can get you 5 years to pay back your mortgage arrears by filing a Chapter 13. There are so many options available to you, so don’t worry. We are not going to let them foreclose on your home, we are not going to let them repossesses your car, and we are going to wipe out all of your unsecured debts. You are an excellent candidate for bankruptcy, and you are most certainly entitled to immediate debt relief, stress relief, and a fresh financial start that the government wants you to have.
“The federal government has given bailouts to so many banks and huge corporations. Now it’s time for you to get the bailout that you are legally entitled to and that you so very much deserve. “
